“A Lovely Stay”
Great facilities and nice owners. It was fantastic to wake up to a lovely view of the sea. With the boulders and town not to far away, it was an ideal place to stay. Would definitely go again.

“The views!!!!”
We weren't planning to stay in Moeraki, but decided to drive through this lovely little seaside town to see what we found. It's winter, so there are deals to be had, and we lucked out with this place! A 3-bedroom cottage, with a deck and views over the ocean and with a little looking, the Moeraki boulders in the distance! Super-well appointed cottage with a full kitchen, plenty of kitchen tools and a full sized oven and hob, dishwasher, and a real fridge! Laundry in the unit, plus 3 bedrooms and enough beds for the extended family, and then some! Comfortable, warm, cozy, and wishing we didn't have to leave! We were welcomed and shown our cottage, and any questions were answered with local knowledge and charm.
The weather wasn't amazing, but we were comfortable, slept well, and were able to walk to see the penguins and seals by the lighthouse. The tavern in town was friendly and filled our hungry bellies, though we didn't make it to the recommended Fleur's. A super experience, highly recommended!
Room Tip: Super 3-bedroom, great for families! The views are wonderful!
